The flexibility and self-love we experience from Yoga plus the strength and confidence from Pole! Enjoy an hour of Yoga poses incorporating the Pole for active stretching and conditioning the entire body! Each class a unique blend of flow & dance that transcends our minds to a state of empowerment and peace. Attire: yoga pants, a tank top & bare feet. No jewelry, zippers, velcro, belts, lotions or oils. What to bring: water bottle, a yoga mat Requirements: Students must be physically able to participate in an exercise program, be at least 18 years old, not pregnant. Students should also have an open mind and a sense of adventure!
